The RiCH Company is proud to announce the availability of Live Help! Customer Service chat as a support option for current and potential clients. This new feature, available from the main therichco.com and myrichco.com webpages, allows for individuals to ask brief questions about company products and services. While not a substitute for myrichco.com, the Live Help! system, available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM, also allows for simple support questions or how-to instructions to be provided without the necessity of a support ticket.
